We are an "AV" rated WBE law firm limiting its practice to employment and labor law and litigation representing employers. The practice was started in March of 1993. Our clients include private corporations, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations. Representative client list provided on request. We do not attempt to be everything to everyone. We have learned that our clients are unwilling to assume the time-and-dollar expense associated with a firm's learning curve, and we respect the bottom line sensitivity of our corporate, government and not-for-profit clients. We also recognize that our clients have diverse needs in today's dynamic and oftentimes seemingly convoluted employment environment. In addition to litigation services, we work with employers' management and human resource professionals, explaining the legal ramifications of the various laws and regulations affecting employer/employee relations. We create and/or review employment practices, policies and manuals, so that we may help ensure that our clients comply with laws unique to the employment relationship and may, in turn, help our clients develop a positive employment atmosphere.
