Love this place, always great customer service. and great prices

I was a first time customer at this store. I purchased some lingerie and was a bit excited about my purchase. Well when I got home started to take a second look and realized was something that I wanted. The receipt said that "REFUNDS WITH STORE RECEIPT ONLY". So the next day I went back with my receipt and purchaed items. To my disappointment the clerk pointed to a sign that said "NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES". They after awhile he told me okay okay Ill exchange it only but no refund. Call back and speak to the boss for refund. I said ok. When i did so the boss said "ALL SALES ARE FINAL". But thats not what your receipt says. I will be reporting them to the BBB and collecting my money in court if it has to go that far.
