I am so glad I have found E and R transportation . They pick me up at 4:00 in the morning to take me to Miami airport . I was stress out enough already but they're were on time for me. Thank you guys for be there for me . Yes I will use them again in the future.

This is by far the best transportation company I have dealt with in the Palm Beach Area. I have been using their service for the past four years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Jon has always been my driver and he is always able to fit me in to his schedule when I frequently call him a couple hours before my arrival. Ray, Edwin, and Scott have also been very helpful and reliable when Jon was unavailable. They have reasonable rates and clean and modern vehicles. I come to Palm Beach on business at least twice a month, and they really care about their clients and go above and beyond their job discriptions!!! They have a life-long client with me, and I am always telling my friends and family about them when they are in the area!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!!!! :)

I utilized this company for transportation once and since then, they have fraudulently charged my credit card for three additional transactions. I have called multiple times to get this resolved and each time there is a different excuse. First it was computer issue, then they said they would issue the credit, then they said they would issue me a refund. Months later and they still have done nothing to resolve the issue. I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.



This company is dishonest and untrustworthy!!!!!

I don't normally write reviews like this but this company is deserving of a few moments of my time. I contacted E&R Transportation and spoke to John. He answered on the first ring. I was inquiring about pricing from a local hotel to Fort Lauderdale Airport. John took the time to explain my different options to me and he was very patient with my many questions! He took all of my information and had a very nice driver named Brooke who drove me to Fort Lauderdale Airport. Brooke was very pleasant and we had a very nice conversation. John picked me up a few days later at 2:00 AM after a very long airline delay. Even at that hour, John was wide awake, alert, and talkative. He got me safely to the hotel and carried all of my luggage upstairs to the room for me while I checked in. Brooke and John make an amazing team and I will not call anyone but them whenever I travel to the Palm Beach area. I would recommend them to anybody!!! Thank you for your outstanding service!!!

I was referred to E&R Transportation by the Hilton Garden Inn, in Palm Beach Gardens. I called and spoke to Jon who was so enthusiastic and helpful on the phone. I had many questions and concerns since I recently had a bad experience with another car service company. Jon quickly put my mind at ease and explained how his service operates and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Well, it was. Jon personally met me inside the terminal (he even had a nicely printed sign with my name on it) and helped me with my luggage. He helped me to the car and opened the door for me and even offered me a cold bottle of water! He told me about the area and the "hot spots" to see while I was in the area. Jon clearly knows the business and he does a fantastic job of operating the business and making sure everything runs smoothly. I travel to Palm Beach quite often and I will be using this wonderful company from now on! I highly recommend them! Thank you for all you do and keep it up!!

I was referred to E&R Transportation by Frank who is the conceriege at the Palm Beach Marriott, Singer Island Beach Resort and Spa. I have been traveling between California and Florida for the past 6 months on business. Frank booked the transfer for me and sent me the driver's name and phone number and said he would be waiting for me upon my arrival in the baggage claim area with a sign. My flight was delayed by 3 hours which meant I would not be getting into Miami until almost 2:00 AM. I called the company and spoke to John, who was already aware of the delay from his flight tracking software! John assured me that he would personally meet me in Miami no matter what time my flight arrived. What a relief that was to me to know that!! Well, my plane landed and as soon as I turned on my cell phone, there was a voice mail message from John which said exaclty where he was waiting for me, as MIA is a huge airport and can be very confusing. I found John with no problem, and he assisted me in carrying my luggage to the car which was quite a walk to the parking garage. The trip from the airport to the resort took about an hour and fifteen minutes. The car was brand new and clean and John was very friendly and helpful. He told me a lot about the area, and pointed out places of interest along the way. Keep in mind that this was almost 3:00 in the morning!! We arrived at the hotel and he booked my return trip and offered me local transportation as well for dinner and shopping. He made an unpleasant expirence of a flight delay as pleasant as possible with his caring and sympathetic personality, and went way over and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I have used this company 4 times since then, and I could not be happier. Edwin was also very friendly and professional. I would reccomend this company to anyone!!! Great job guys!!!!!

I called E&R Transportation and spoke with Jon. He patiently explained my options for transportation to and from Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale Airports for a family reunion we had in Palm Beach Gardens. The drivers were on time and even early!! The vehicles are new and well maintained. They even offered to make dinner reservations for us and took us on a guided tour of the area. Prices are reasonable and I highly reccomend E&R Transportation!!
