Dr Jeffrey Cara id definitely an asset to the Spine and Wellness Centers of America.
Very personable and patient and attentive.
He also has a great sense of humour. And of course well dressed

he is extremely patient and listens very careful to anything that I need to discuss with him. He discusses so much with me about my condition. Dr. Cara is such a gentle and caring person, the grade of professionalism is over the top. I have found every time during my visits he truly listens and explains all the options available to treat my pain. The willingness to spend time to address my situation makes a world of difference. During my first visit I came in with excruciating pain Dr Cara has a great chair side manners that truly makes you feel confident and relax during any procedure while addressing the issue at hand.
His staff is very attentive, caring and personable. I would recommend him with my eyes closed.

Dr. Cara is very understanding and caring of the many physical problems I have. I feel very comfortable in his care, for the first time in years. Other doctors who have treated me have made me feel uncomfortable being treated with opioids. Dr. Cara understands the need for these drugs and prescribes them in a manner that makes me feel comfortable taking them.

was offered to get three euflexxa injections in both, my right and left knees, due to bone on bone, and it did help me return to some normalcy, free of pain.
was even able to take nice walks without difficulty
