If a lower rating was available, it would be warranted here. Not only are the beds sub-par, but they have automatically withdrawn money out of my bank account for amounts in excess of what i agreed to on multiple occasions. I was not permitted to cancel my account without satisfying their outstanding and excessive balances despite admitting that the extra charges were a mistake. I thought this kind of problem could be easily fixed, but i tried on multiple occasions to speak with a manager regarding the extra money taken out of my account (far in excess of what i could conceivably owe) and the most i got was an e-mail address to what they claimed was corporate. No name, no number, nothing. I haven't been this ripped off or treated this poorly ever. Stay far far away!
