Hired James Cooper to do some interior remodeling on a condo. I was not happy. He had only one man working on the project, which took much longer than he had told me. The work site was atrocious. He claims to have a "team" but I highly doubt this based on my observation.
His quotes are never complete, as they do not include the entire project, such as "replacing shelving" they removed, lighting, hardware, etc. Therefore you are slapped with a bill twice as much as the original proposal.
