They were 5 days late to pick up my items. The entire 5 day period I was told my items were going to be picked up that day but no one would ever call me to say they aren’t able to show up. Now it’s been 8 days since pickup and no expected delivery date or range of dates have been communicated with me. I wouldn’t recommend All Moving USA to my exes

Thank God for All Moving USA, they saved me. This time during Covid was hard enough, and then to be told at the last minute I needed to move back to Ohio was shocking. I called several moving companies and when All Moving USA answered the phone, I was immediately put at ease.

The booking representative took their time to understand my personal situation and budget. They went over all my options and explained in detail how the process would work. They gave me a window of time when my 2 bedroom home would be picked up and when it would be delivered. Everything was perfect. The guys that delivered my belongings were also friendly and very hard working. They went the extra mile to help me move my boxes into the appropriate rooms.

I give this company a 5-Star rating from start to finish for making a tough move for me into a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend All Moving USA to anyone who is looking to move long distance.

So I was referred to this firm by a friend who's used them many times for clients. She assured me they were incredibly professional, easy to schedule with and very reasonably priced. She was 100% correct. I called on Friday and was moved out of my place as promised on Tuesday. There was a lot to move and they got it done very quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Recently used this company when my family relocated to NC. My rep Bradley was professional and courteous. My only reason for the 4 stars was the delivery date was a few days past the quoted date. Overall we had a great experience and would use them again if needed.

Always been skeptical of using a moving company so I’ve always done it myself. Now that I have a family it was almost impractical to make the move with my kids. Was referred by a friend and they had bothing by great feedback. My representative Matt was informative and was straight to the point with everything from A-Z. My move from Arkansas to Florida went off without a hitch and I have to say I am impressed to say the least. They showed up when they told me they would, which is a big factor, since with little ones you need to plan accordingly, and I was updated throughout the entire process. All Moving USA has my highest recommendation. Thank you!!

I am only giving them 4 stars because of the simple fact that my move fell on my back update. I wasn't aware when I called in to complain customer service explained everything to me. It was kinda my fault since I rushed everyone of the phone because I was so stressed out about the next couple of days. They were there the next day they even gave me a 24 notice before the delivery was made.

They ran late however they made up for it with their expertise. They ended up boxing everything for me since I was pressed for time and my flight was delayed. Loaded up the truck and they were on their way. I asked for a bit of a delay on my delivery since I had to make a quick stop and visit my family. They were able to accommodate my last minute requests. Thanks for making this quick and easy.

I gotta hand it to these guys they moved my items while it was extremely cold. I've lived in NY my entire life so trust me when I tell you it was COLD. They moved everything rather quickly and carefully. My delivery did take a little longer than expected due to weather but overall great company.

Expertise wise they knew how to crate one of my old oil paintings. I got it no damages done to it which was extremely important.

Professionalism it was raining they made sure not to dirty my previous home. They were extremely careful handling my items and they were able to explain how everything works from the extra space i required to the delivery aspect.

Promptness They did run a little behind but they kept me up to date which is all i requested since I was at work and was meeting the movers there.

They came by the same day I spoke to them I originally had everything planned but the previous company I hired never showed up. I had them on standby and they were here an hour later. I owe Justin the dispatcher a huge favor. They were able to repack my china correctly as well since I had no idea what I was doing.

First of all lets just say these guys got me out of the worst city in this country. They managed to drive this truck through Hialeah traffic and picked up my items. They managed to get it to New York in no time a week and half later and they showed up at my studio apartment and set everything up for me.

I was able to reserve my spot last minute they were able to help with the cost also when we got delivered everything was places exactly where we wanted it. All that was left to do would be unpacking. Great Service!

Movers showed up on time to pick up the items and they offered me 30 days of free storage and re-delivery. I was able to get to my new location and not stress about rushing to find a place.

Extremely professional, I had a 4 bedroom home that needed to be packed from top to bottom. These guys were able to come in and get everything loaded up in an entire day. If you're looking for something affordable and stress less get with these guys. Their delivery time wasn't as long as i expected (I've used other moving companies before). I was able to receive my delivery in a week.

I have had by far my worst moving experience with US national movers. I was given an estimate of 10 day to move my furniture from Iowa to California, my furniture ended up arriving 30 days later and the majority of my items were damaged and my beds even caught bed bugs due to being put in storage. I asked for a compensation and all I got was a plain "Sorry!".
Customer service is pretty bad in returning calls and the actual price I ended paying the movers was $700 more than the estimate I was given over the phone.

Save yourself all the stress and don't deal with this company!

Hello Arif, Do you have a reference number so I can better assist you? I tried locating your account however I was unsuccessful. Typically when there is an increase in price it is due to the allotted space that your items are taking up on the truck. Did you have any additional items on the day of your pick up? If so this might be a factor another question to keep in mind is if any of your items needed any additional packing materials. Other fees applicable might be a long carry fee as well as flights of stairs. We will be requesting your paperwork and looking over the charges diligently. Please allow us to do the research and a customer service agent will reach out and give you a price breakdown. Any discrepancies found we will assist you during the process. The carrier does have 30 days to deliver from the FADD. Do you remember why you marked down for the FADD?

PLEASE PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY. I will try to provide the most transparent version of the events that transpired as I used this company.

FACTS:
Move date - 7/11/2018
First available deliver date - 7/12/2018
Receive date - still have not received, current date is 9/1/2018 (51 days passed pickup)
Legal maximum time frame of delivery according to DOT: 21 business days/30 days passed first available delivery date
Current time passed legal maximum: 21 days/3 weeks.
Latest update: my things are still sitting in a warehouse in Las Vegas (I have been living on the East coast for 5 weeks in an empty home)

OPINION:
US National Movers is a broker company, who is paid by other companies to get your move. They contracted with Executive Moving and Storage. Great and kind people that work at both, but in my experience, US National Movers and Executive Moving and Storage do not have the infrastructure or ability to uphold contractual agreements. They will compensate you 25$ a day that it is late according to my contract, but that is very little compared to the hundreds of dollars spent replacing time sensitive things. The driver who picked up my things said 10-14. Today marks 51 days since pickup. Again, there are great people at both companies and this is not a personal attack. Great employees such as Mary, Justin, and Kayla have heard my pleas and attempted to answer all my questions with the utmost respect, however, the status quo remains. Don't be a sucker for a "good deal." You will end up paying for it in time spent calling the company and stress.

Short answer (TL;DR)
Save yourself the stress of a lifetime and pay more and go with more established companies.

They came on my back up date movers were extremely friendly there was a language barrier we managed I called us National during my pick up they walked us through the process. My delivery is set to be tomorrow or the next day. Can’t wait!
