I had spent the night in West Monroe on business. My tire pressure gauge came on late the day before so I went by Gene's early the next morning to get it checked out en route to my fIrstI pulled int the parking lot, Mike (hope I have the names right as this happened over a week ago) motioned me into the bay. Ronnie started checking my tires and discovered a nail in the right rear tire. It was over to the side of the tire and not in the tread so not something that could be patched. They didn't have the tire I needed but Mike even called someplace local to see if they could get it for me but unable to. So they then told me of a nearby tire store that should have the one I needed and Mike gave me great directions on how to get there! I asked what I owed them and was told nothing. As a woman traveling alone out of town on business, any sort of car problems is scary and frustrating but these guys were SO nice and helpful it really impressed me. Thanks so much for the wonderful assistance
