A neighbor used Fox Electric and the guys were clean, their work was very professional and they make sure your a happy customer before leaving...Fox Electric, has given us the exact same experience as my neighbor: I couldn't be more satisfied thus far (3+ years and going).

I won't use them again I don't think they wanted to do my job

I called Fox Family Electric with a request to do a home inspection on very short notice and found them to be very accommodating, professional, and reasonable. The technician came out right on time, did a professional job, talked so that I could understand him, and it was all around a pleasant experience. I would recommend Fox Family Electric and I would certainly use them again.

We were called out for a service call to check on why plugs were not working. We charge a $59 service fee to send out our technicians. When they arrived it was obvious that the electrical was not working properly as per customers words. We told customer that we could run a diagnostic but would not guarantee that we would be able to locate the problem since it was a trailer home which had been remodeled numerous times. The homeowner was told upfront that this was only a diagnostic and that we would check each connection. We removed and re installed all the plugs and switches one at a time to check for wiring and connection problems. Due to the way the home had been added to and remodeled over time made it quite difficult to locate the exact cause of the problem. We then sent two more technicians out on a different day to re-look and try to locate the problem at no charge to the customer. We still could not locate where the problem was at and told the customer that they may have to remove sheet rock in order for us to find the problem. Third time we sent another technician out to do the same thing again (still at no charge). This time the customer got in the technicians face and started yelling and cussing at him because he was not able to find the problem. The technician felt threatened by the homeowner and exited the home and phoned the office. This is when the technician was told to leave the home immediately and he did. We spent over six man hours trying to locate the problem. We are very sorry that we were unable to help this customer in a way that was to their satisfaction but some things just cannot be repaired easily and the customer was told upfront before ever paying for the diagnostic that there was no guarantee that we could locate the problem.

I had occasion to call them to my home to fix a series of bad sockets & they took the sockets out, looked around at the wiring, & put them right back in & said they couldn't figure out how the wiring was run. They put the non-working sockets all back like it was originally & charged me $209. I won't use them again.
