Terrible customer service, no one ask if we needed any help and we were looking for a Christmas tree. The two workers there one young and in shorts with dirty shoes and an older one with grey hear was to busy watching the Steelers football game. It's a Shame I would fire them both and close the store.

I had a hard time deciding what Arcade Game I wanted, either the Countertop or the Floor Arcade Game. Representative, Mark Davis, was very helpful and friendly. Mr. Davis took the time to show me how both items worked and even showed me several games that I could choose from. If your wanting to purchase an arcade game, ask for Mr. Mark Davis, at the West Mifflin Pool City.

So I usually don't write reviews. But I found salesperson I trust. This is my first pool. So let me just say that Mark Davis was my sales person. OMG he was very patience. with me. I had so many questions and he answered every single one. Even the one's I know i asked already (smh) without any frustrations ���� he took his time explaining every single thing to me. So now it's 1 month later. after the pool is up and running. And he (Mark Davis) is still helping me with questions,testing the pool water,getting the right chemicals for the pool.etc

We needed a new pool liner. We had bought our pool here, and had wonderful experience. Mark Davis helped me on-line with pictures and prices. We met with Mark and purchased a new liner for our pool. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will always use Pool City for any future needs.

In September 2016 we purchased a hot tub from Pool City, West Mifflin. Our Sales Representative was Mark Davis. At all times Mark was an amazing help in all aspects of purchasing out hot tub. He even set up an appointment to teach us how to use and care for the hot tub after it was set up at hour house. He was very patient and understanding. He gave consideration to all of our questions regardless of how many times we asked. We would highly recommend to anyone interested in making a purchase!!!

We have our pool 4 summer already and we love it. Our sales person Sandy is the best !!!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and very kind, sweet, and very professional. And they do have the best prices around. I always google things I need and they are the best. I would recommend Pool City to anyone that needs or is thinking of getting a pool. LOVE MY POOL :)

Mark Davis was our salesperson at the West Mifflin store. Very informative and personable. Called him on several different occasions concerning pool issues and he was more than happy to help us. If you are thinking of purchasing a pool be sure to go see Mark. Finally got our pool in and all I can say is LOVE it.

Mark Davis was the sales representative that helped us with the purchase of our patio furniture. He was very knowledgeable, professional and responded to all of my emails with questions throughout the process. I highly recommend asking for him if you are shopping at Pool City!

We recently purchased a pool through pool city and Mark Davis. Mark has as friendly and helpful as possible. We paid extra for "professional" installation to make sure our pool was properly installed and have someone show us the ropes of using everything and what chemicals we would need to open the pool. The installers canceled the first day and were over 2 hours late the next day. They put the pool up and started the filling process and told us to call as soon as the pool was filled and they would be back within 24 hours to hook up our pump and filter. 4 days later we were still calling for them to come hook everything up. 1 man shows up finally, and hooks up our pump wrong not even hooking up one of the hoses it needs. While he is hooking everything up we ask about the extra opening that needs a tube he states it's for a water slide! WRONG! We also asked about the chemicals and got the responds "just throw some in there"! Needless to say the "professional" installation is a nightmare

My husband and I went to pool city to look at hot tubs. Mark Davis was the sales person who assisted us. He was very friendly, informative and very helpful. He was able to answer all our questions. Saw an advertisement in tv that they sell sofas. Went to look and after being there a couple hours, we left having purchased one. Nice selection. Mark Davis provided great service, no pressure assistance. Had a problem with a piece delivered and Mark corrected the problem on the first call to him and a new piece delivered.

We were looking to purchase a hot tub a month ago, we shopped around at other retailers and ended up at pool city store in West Mifflin Pa, we ended up purchasing our hot tub at this store thanks to the professionalism, knowledge and courteousness of Mark Davis . He took the time before and 2-3 times after to explain the set up, management of water chemicals etc.. even after we purchased he is always there to help, also makes you feel great when you walk into a store and he recognizes you by name .... means a lot to me Debbie and Donald Cleveland
