I've ate at this location several times and really enjoy the food. The environment is clean and the service is great, too.

Didn't like the food at all, there was 5 of us and out of all 5 of us, only one said their meal was ok, not horrible. The food was very bland no flavor not a good experience, I have made better tasting Mexican food in my kitchen then what we got there. Better burritos from Chipoltles!

Very bland food. Ordered stuffed poblano peppers and it didn't taste like anything but ground meat no seasoning or anything. Tey gave me a side of rice which also had no seasoning. My husband ordered a combination plate with taco, tamale, and a enchilada. He said everything tasted the same. I tried the taco and i feel that Ortega makes a better taco. Very tasteless Mexican food which is not what u would expect. Also they don't tell u this best they give u free chips and salsa but if u want refills u r charged 3.00. I happened to c this on menu in very tiny print but they nvr told me that when they asked me if i wanted refills. They asked 4 times so u can tell they try to make money by tricking their customers. Not good will nvr go back

My husband and I first went to the Old Mexico in Washington, PA but a few days later realized we had one much closer to us in West Mifflin (Century III Mall) - The food is absolutely fantastic - we have been there 4 times in the last month. I loved their Burritos and my husband loved their T-Bone steak done Mexican style. We love the place.
