Dont buy your car here. I purchased a used Kia at the Chevy dealership. After the sale, I was promised a second key and a reimbursement for a windshield replacement. I called the salesman and he assured me he would be at my house on Tuesday with everything. NEVER HAPPENED! Also the service dept is so unorganized and inefficient. Dont go there between 12 - 1 because EVERYONE is at lunch and you will have to wait til they get back for any answers. I was promised a free inspection because there was only 6 months left on the car but I will never go back there! I even wrote a letter to the owner, Frank Auffenberg, but he didnt have the decency to reply. It was probably intercepted by the people who work there and he never even got it. I have a copy Mr. Auffenberg if you'd like to see it! This place is what gives used car salesmen a bad name!

Century Three Chevy deliberately misrepresented the GM "Smart Buy" program to make the sale to us. There is no question, I should have read the contract completely before signing the agreement, but how many people do? We were told by Nick Nicomatti the sales person and by Jon, the sales manager, that we could turn our car in at 37 months, even though it was on a 48 month lease. They presented this as an avenue to get out from under an "upside down" trade, and we could literally "walk away" from the car at 37 months as long as it met the lease return criteria.

This dealer or GM has made no attempt to resolve this issue. Don't buy your vehicle at Century Three Chevrolet or from NIck NIcomatti.

Worst Car Dealership. They rip you off trying to hurry up and get you to buy a car the whole team from Sales to Service is horrible Dont buy a car from them

Overall my experience with Century 3 Chevy has been exceptional!! I have shopped for cars here for 18 years, and every time I have a great experience, great atmosphere great people !overall they make me feel like family I have recommended this dealership to several friends and family and they love the experience as well

I just bought a used car they guaranteed me the stars and the moon and a month later it was in to get serviced a month after that It could barely be driven don't go there its truly b.s. they claim they fixed your car but it the same carp happening to it as it was when u took it in its all a scam LESSON LEARNED

Don't EVER get a repair done here. My Saturn Aura was involved in an accident and towed here for repair. They competed the work on the car and received payment from my auto insurance carrier and our deductible. During the repair they told us the car would be ready by a certain date, and then called to tell us that there was additional work required to the steering components of the car and it would be an additional day of repair. We agreed and the work was completed. We picked the car up, and drove it for roughly three weeks and the steering went out completely. We could barley get the car back to them as a result of the malfunction. They told us that there was a leak in the steering column, but that they never worked on the steering of the car! Our insurance company went out to talk with them and they told them the same thing. As a result the car was not repaired by them and we had it moved to our private mechanic. He inspected the work done and confirmed that they had worked on the steering and that the rack and pinion were bad, and the pump was damaged during repair by Century Three Chevy. Our insurance adjustor wend out to see the car, and to confirmed that Century Three Chevy had not done what they certified to them in the claim. The insurance carrier re-opened the claim and covered the work on the car.

DONT EVER GO TO CENTURY THREE CHEVY FOR ANYTHING! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS, DISHONEST AND LACK INTEGRITY!

I posted this by accident on the KIA page but man, this place is great. I bought a car here just now and the staff was excellent and knowledgeable. I really recommend them, i don't know much about cars and these dudes showed me a few things that really made the experience like much better and ish.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were nice, well, all of the salesmen I met were complete gentlemen and made a guy like me who doesn't know much about cars, they made me feel at home and stuff. Loved it man. Good guys, got an awesome price on a 2011 Chevrolet Volt. Best car dealership in Pittsburgh and I love that commercial man.

****** There should be six stars, I just bought a new chevy equinox, 2012, I was very pleased with century III Chevrolet dealership, Cheri will, was my sales person, she is GREAT!!!!! very honest, caring and effecient, if you go there make sure you ask for her. she gave me the best deal ever, i shopped around at several chevrolet dealerships, colucci, day, sun chevrolet, NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! even came close with prices for a equinox, other places were going to sale me a 2011 higher then i got a 2012 at century III chevrolet., I highly recommend Century 3 dealership, ask for shari, you will definetly be satisfied and get the best price ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT JOB,

My wife and I went there and he is very pushy,said he couldnt sell us a used car,we were just looking for a payment we could live with. we found it somewhere else.you should avoid this place if you want a good deal.

I recently bought a used car at Century III Chevrolet, and I love it. I was very nervous about buying my first car, but their customer service was great. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Pittsburgh area looking to buy a new or used car.
