I need 2 things done quickly for Christmas, they were able to get my order done quickly and beautifully! They have moved to a new location that’s much nicer than the old one and there are new owners that are very customer driven!

Sunshine Embroidery was essential in putting together a last minute gift that other companies deemed”beneath them” The staff was courteous and sensitive to my very specific needs. Sunshine went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Special kudos to the new owners for turning this place around and getting back to customer satisfaction so diligently! Can’t rave enough about them!

Under new ownership. New owners are customer driven and very excited to move to a new location right down the street. 1124 S. Wickham Rd. They will be moving Dec 15. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly Recommended.

Rude, Self-righteous. Very poor customer service. The staff does not listen and comes across as self-righteous. I was extremely frustrated and apologized for the tone of my voice only to be told I needed to "calm down". Outrageous treatment, no understanding at all.
