Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! This company did an excellent service and I am now bug free. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. They were clean, neat, professional, on time and effective. They explained everything they were going to do and exceeded my expectations. We couldn't be happier. Great Job Thanks JEFF.

I have to disagree with shopping101. We've had Hometeam for almost 3 years and have never experienced any problems with them. Our technician calls before coming out and is always very polite. We seldom see bugs and have only had one problem with ants, which he managed to get rid of. This is Florida - you will always encounter some type of bug, even with regular exterminating!

Logic dictates that people are suppose to be responsible for their own mistakes. But this common sense rule does not apply to HOMETEAM. If HOMETEAM makes a mistake, YOU PAY FOR IT !! unfair you say??? TOO BAD!!! Its what happened to me! Plus the poison hardly works at all. If you call more than once, watch them get really edgy with you and give you an ear full of stories of their bad customers, you know, the customers that complain too much, because as far as they are concern, if you continue having bugs in your house, it must be your fault and not of HOMETEAM! The only guarantee that they offer is the one that is convenient to them. Dont settle for a company like this one, unless you like bugs and bad treatment of course. If you have problems, dont complain or you will be sorry. PLEASE BE AWARE that they will come and fumigate without a call to let you know they are coming and then stick you with a bill, whether you already canceled or not or whether you had problems or not.

So my solution was to switch to Truly Nolen and have not had bugs ever since! If you don't mind bugs and settle for the "you live in florida so live with it" excuse, then Hometeam is the service for you!
