Provided by YP.comBad customer service. Shipped item, but they didn't have the right size box so my package sat for two days while they waited for the box to arrive. Didn't tell my employee that when he dropped it off on Wednesday, was told when I called on Thursday that the package would be on the truck at 530pm, and then when I called on Friday was informed about their lack of box. Unprofessional, bad customer service. Use the UPS website, print your own labels, and avoid this place at all costs.
