I received competent treatment...

I received competent treatment for sleep apnea. However, the Sleep Disorders Center has more patients than it can handle. 3/4 of the time, the front desk simply doesn't answer the phone, and in most cases voicemails are never returned. In my most recent encounter, I needed help with a piece of equipment (a CPAP, which I use while asleep), and never could reach someone who could even answer a question, let alone do something about fixing it. On the third day of trying to reach someone, I told the receptionist (I had to place the call five times to talk to her rather than her voicemail) I'd help the Center solve its problem of too many patients by finding another doctor.
