- I believe therapy is a helpful tool to assist your journey towards healing, infinite potential and positive growth. My training in marriage and family therapy has provided me with a sound foundation in counseling. I primarily conduct therapy from a model that is strength-based, systematic and brief. I understand that the decision to enter counseling is difficult. In fact, the hardest part is often making that first call. Because of this, I can offer a free 30 minute consultation. This way, we can meet (on the phone or in person), identify your strengths, goals, and any areas that may need attention. I am dedicated to empowering families, individuals and youth to strengthen their relationships, resolve troubling issues and achieve personal well-being. The therapeutic process that I employ integrates a variety of perspectives, including; developmental, cultural, spiritual and contextual life experiences.Additionally, my practice is strongly committed to gender equality and respects the experience of women, men and children.
