I have NEVER been treated by a receptionist like I was PAM. What a BEAST. My dogs have been patients of Docs for over 20 years. I have been trying to get in since this past Tursday. LMAO It's Saturday. I had to take my Yorkie to a new Vet. Sad

My family and I will never recommend this place to anyone we know. We have taken our pets to this clinic for years and have never had any problems. On May 7th 2012 my parents took in here two dogs to have booster shots. 24 hours after the shots one of the dogs developed weakness, liver was shutting down. The next Morning on the 9th we noticed that she was becoming weaker and her breathing was not well. We took her to the emergency vet. Where we learned from blood tests that she was dying from the booster shots that was given to her at Animal Cracker. She passed away. She was only 6 years old and had plenty of life left in her. Animal Cracker had no response, they offered help but when we asked that they help with the bill due to it was their fault she passed away, they wouldn't help. It ended up costing $500.00 in the end to have her looked at the emergency vet and we lost a dear family pet of ours. I believe that when they give a shot to an animal they should give customers a warning of the dangers, Animal Cracker does not do this! Will NEVER recommend Animal Cracker to anyone!

Just wanted to note that Dr. Palfreyman (the owner) he has compassion and is one of the best Vets around.



He took our puppy when it got Parvo and it died as we got to the clinic. He disposed of it and refused any compensatio, even though it was late on Sunday night and he had to come in.



I had a hard time with our next dog and when he got to old, many years later, I had to have him put to sleep due to advanced Cancer. I was given the choice of being there or not in theroom when this occurred and I chose to be in theroom. They made it very comfortable for the dog and she felt no pain at all, it was very quick.



We then started taling our later pets to him and also my son is doing the same (3 dogs). He has always made good diagnosis and is resonable on costs. If you love your pet, make sure you consider my words when your dog needs a vet.
