PC Laptops is better than awesome! I had a Totally Awesome Computer Brand desktop computer that I bought. Totally awesome went away and PC Laptops took over my lifetime service warranties. WOW That computer got old and died I bought a PC Laptop Decimator with 2 video cards!! It’s perfect! It has duel video cardpower to run all my games at full settings and it comes with the lifetime service and parts warranty. I will never buy another computer again anywhere else!! These guys are excellent. If Dan the laptop man reads this I love your computers and staff! If your reading this check these guys out! I'm going to copy and paste this in a few other places so more people can read it!! Yay yay yay

Before I would only say all good about them, until yesterday. So I got my new Titan computer about a month ago and it wa PERFECT. Until last night I realized, where was my secondary drive? I did some research and found out that it was set up as a Mass Storage Device and I could not access it. So I took a break and an hour later I guess I was trying to exit out of it and exited out of the device so it is dissapointed! I can't reset it up cause it is INSIDE the computer! I paid 4000 dollars! They can't even set it up right, and when I turn to ask them to fix it they say oh, 6-8 days! WTF 6-8 days, I paid 4000 dollars for it and bawm you are done for me. I stay a bit to wait for dad to pick me up and some woman that iddn't even buy her computer from them comes up, is told that it is 50 dollar diagnostic fee, and they will be done in a day! WTF what service is that. I paid 4000 dollars, shame on you Pclaptop!

these guys were awesome! they totally helped me with my computer and cell phone stuff and spent as much time as we needed to without complaining. they were really helpful and showed me exactly what to do so I could do it myself as well. Absolutley go to the guys at PC LAPTOPS. best utah computer store

I was having issues burning a DVD and needed a copy for a class the next day. PC Laptops understood my need, made 2 copies for me on my visit (right before they closed) and are servicing my computer. They undestood my need and helped me in a bind. Thanks PC Laptops..you guys rock!!

Awesome Robert at PC Laptops in West Jordan Utah saved the day for me. I am on a business trip and my Outlook was down for a day and half- CRITICAL. You have to wonder how many of these reviews are really from actual customers and not from the employees themselves?!Instead of trying to fix my mother's pc, they said they couldn't figure out the problem and said they could sell her one instead. When i asked them why they couldn't figure it out for the $50 they charged me, they gave me some excuse about the age of they tower (it was 3 years old). All I could think of is how this business is like a crooked, ripoff mechanic shop. Like a cardealer out for his commission. Then they tried to sell me a pc!! I couldn't believe it! PLEASE PEOPLE, DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU LISTEN TO A COMMERCIAL LIKE I DID. GO ELSEWHERE

If you absolutely depend on your laptop/pc, then don't, I REPEAT, DO NOT take it to this place!!!!!!!!!!!The moment I took it in they told me it would take a week, A WEEK, to get them to merely look at it and see what the problem is. It was 10 days and they still didn't get to it. They never apologized and simply said, "First come first serve." They they wanted to charge me $50 for a diagnosis they never did! I know 'caused when I called them a week later to ask the status of my laptop, they said there is still several ahead of me. I called 3 days later(after I bought another laptop), and they said I was next and I told them NOT TO WORK ON IT and went in to get it and they tried to tell to me it was worked on 3 days earlier!! I reminded them 2 different guys told me otherwise and they offered to transfer all my data from my old laptop to my new one for $100 instead of an apology! I told them no. And the closest they came to apologizing for their EXTREMELY SLOW and UNPROFESSIONAL service was by telling me, "Next time buy your laptop from us."I run a website, and I get over 200 unique visitors a day from Utah, and I will post my horrible experience and recommend they go ANYWHERE but PCLAPTOPS.

My PC was having major issues, which no one else could figure out - let alone fix! I took it into the West Jordan Store and explained my frustrations! Within a few days they had it fixed! They were very honest and easy to talk too. They have earned my trust, and all of my future business! Thanks Kyle and staff! You are AWESOME!

I deleted some files that I needed to run my system. I took it to PC Laptop in West Jordan and I was told my hard drive was fried and could not be saved. That didnt make sense to me because I had no problems before I inadvertantly deleted vital information. I knew it wasnt my hard drive but they insisted it was---all for the hard sell. I took my computer to a real computer store the next day where they tested the hard drive in front of me and I saw all my files no problem. They were able to fix my computer and have it up and running in about a day. I was blatently lied to and swindled out of $52.00 for their so called "diagnostic test" which they didnt do in front of me all because I wouldnt buy a brand new hard drive from them. WHAT A RIP OFF.

All they do is try to sell you a bunch of stuff you do not need. The owner is very outgoing in his tv spots, and a real in it for the money type personality. Go to Costco and get a free two year service contract.

I have a computer out of necessity. I don't like them. When my gateway hard drive crashed, I went to your store to have It repaired. I explained that I was not needing too much..just simply fix it with little "frills". I agreed to the service and price with some reservation.About a week and a half later, a couple of friends pointed out that the price of service seemed excessive.I went back to the store and spoke with Kyle who was the original rep. that I dealt with. I expressed my concern to him and we worked out a result like good business gentlemen should. Thank You, Kyle......I appreciate you working out this with me.

Having seen some posters on some of the review sites for PC Laptops making statements that the positive posters are PC Laptop employees. I am here to State for a fact I am not an employee of PC Laptops. I am just one happy customer.Recently I went to PC laptops to price a new computer as mine was obsolete. I found the desk top that was more than I need which was exactly what I wanted. I was given a verbal quote and came back when my finances permitted. Upon my return I was told they were not going to be able to provide what was given in the original quote. I found out later that it was due to upgrades to each computer. Frustrated, I sent an email to Dan, the owner of PC Laptops, and the next day I was contacted with information of when to pick up my new computer…. It was MORE than originally quoted for the same price. Not only did Dan honor a VERBAL quote, but he more than exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my new computer and I would refer anyone in the market to PC Laptops

My boyfriend bought a computer a year ago and never had a problem with it at all. So I bought one to I can't believe that I was treated with respect and the guy listened to me and came up with a system that I would be happy with, and he also stayed in my budget.
