Unlike kdknapp07, our experience at Jordan Self Storage has been very positive. We have rented from them three different times and have had a great experience each time. The management is pleasant and helpful. Prior to signing our contract each time, important policies such as accessibility, how to make payments, and the late policies were clearly explained. They are also clearly delineated in the written contract. Not sure how someone's failure to read a contract they signed and to pay the rent on a unit they are using makes Jordan Self Storage the bad guys. They have been nothing short of outstanding in our dealings with them.

We chose this place because of the price of the unit. They did not tell us that they charge $10 for every ten days you are late paying your bill. They also charge if they write you a letter to remind you of your bill. Because of our financial difficulties at this time, we ended up paying hundreds of dollars in late fees because of the way they charge a late fee every ten days you are late. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.
