I have used this sewing machine repair shop for several years now and when the fabric store closed, I was wondering how I'd get my repairs done. But although the Floyd and Lizzie's store has closed the repair business is still there!!
They are located on the side of the building near the rear. Their phone number is (801)255-4130. The repairman, Ammon, is still there.
I love his work and his prices!!

I went in to Floyd and Lizzie's today to have my older model pfaff 362 fixed. I expected for the service to take a few weeks for the repair. I was told that the repair man had just quit and it would take over 6 or more weeks for repair because they needed to replace him! But the gentleman told me he could look at it and see if he could adjust what ever it was that needed adjusted if I had twenty minutes. He buffed out my sewing machine plate which I had scratched up terribly and had oiled and fixed the tension on my machine. Then he didn't even charge me for the repair! Which I would had been happy to do! Not only does my machine work great, I was so impressed with the customer service that I had received that I ended up laying away new pfaff 2.0 model and cannot wait to be able to use it! Floyd and Lizzie's went beyond the expectations of customer service. I will be a forever customer and will always recommend them to all my friends and family
