Absolutely unbelievable experience. As a customer, I've never been treated so poorly. I got in a bit of a fender bender. Dave's claimed to do good work so I wanted to bring it to them. I sent in my estimate and they told me it would be 2.5 weeks before I could even bring my car in. I though hey, quality takes time I guess. So we're right around the corner from me bringing by car in when they call and tell me that they have to move our appointment back yet another week. 3.5 weeks from when I called to when I'd be able to have my car in their shop. Then they tell me that their labor fees are more than what my insurance quoted and that I'd have to pay the rest out of pocket. Keep in mind, they told me all of this AFTER I had already been waiting patiently for TWO WEEKS to bring my car in. After finally talking to the right person (after three phone transfers) Kirsten or Kristina or whatever tells me that maybe I should just take my car somewhere else. LIKE WHAT?!? I'm amazed with how poorly they treat their customers. ZERO STARS, absolutely do not go to Dave's Body Shop. They've lost my business and ANYONE who asks where I took my car when they get in their own fender bender I'll tell them "Anywhere besides Dave's Body Shop." Atrocious, guys. Absolutely atrocious.

This is the only place i will take my vehicles!! Ben,stan and daniel always do an outstanding job and get me taken care of in a timely manner...you would be stupid to go anywhere else :)

I brought my truck in for repairs and mentioned my dissatisfaction with the color of the paint that was put on my truck the year before on a different repair job. I didn't think anything could be done. The color wasn't far off , but enough to bother me. So I pointed it out. When I picked my truck up, I was surprised to find that the shop had also corrected the year old problem. They said that they stand behind their work and that I needed to be satisfied. I know that it was not easy for them to fix. But they did it any way so that I would be satisfied with their work. I couldn't be happier. They have a sign in their shop that states that the customer is everything to them. It isn't just talk for them. THANK YOU DAVE'S BODY SHOP.

Went to this shop in the fall and got two quotes from them. I went to compare at other places and all other quotes were more than Daves. I scheduled the repair a few months later. They treated me like gold. Very thurough and informative. The front desk gal was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience!

I have been around the block a few times when it comes to auto body shops and let me tell you, Dave's is THE place to get any kind of work done, be it a fender bender or jacking your 4x4 to the sky, these guys deliver everything you'd expect and more. The people at Dave's are top notch and they know exactly what they are doing are are straight up when it comes to giving you an estimate, they don't try to lure you in with a cheap estimate and then charge you a bunch of "extras" to make up for a low ball estimate. If you are considering a body shop anywhere in the USA I'd put Dave's up against them any day and I'm confident that Dave's would come out on top.Thanks Alex! Dave's is the only place I'll be taking my vehicles from now on and I will strongly encourage everybody to do the same.

Like most things in life, as with car repairs, you get what you pay for. You can get layers of bondo and a hack paint job just about anywhere. But if you are looking for quality work from knowledgable, well trained staff/technicians you had better go to Dave's Body Shop.PS - sandychic, OEM (original equipment manufacturer) bumpers aren't made from fiberglass.

I was so happy, I can't believe that my Audi is just like it was before the wreck. The repair was over $10,000, and everythng looks and works perfect! They even did new tires and an alignment while it was there. Alex was awesome he walked me through the process and kept me informed the whole time. Everyone was very friendly. These guys have really earned their reputation, I would recomend them to all my friends, but I hope I don't need them again.

BUYER BEWARE ON THIS SHOP.....It is ok for a shop to make a profit but when they charge 40%-50% than everyone else, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I talked with ALEX and he told me my repair would be anywhere from $3000-$4000. This sounded a bit high to me so I went to 3 other shops and they all quoted me $1600-1900. I am all about making a profit, but when Arogant Alex is selling me on why he does such great work and all the while he just looking to make his shop much more profit than anywhere else. My car is fixed with "Genuine Parts" as Alex stated he would give me with documentation all for much less. AGAIN, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY. In these tough times, I would suggest you spend it something else as opposed to giving it to these swindlers....

I was devasted when I got in an accident with my one-year-old car that caused a ton of damage on my passenger side/back end. My husband had used Dave's in the past for a minor repair & my insurance agreed to use them, so we took my car there. In the end, my car looks pretty great (you would never guess it had been in an accident), BUT I have a few minor complaints with Dave's:-They took much longer than they told me it would take to get it repaired (like over a week). -They claimed they use the EXACT same parts as the manufacturer, but my rear bumper is definitely cheaper quality than it was before (the new one has plastic in places that it was fiberglass before...I've always handwashed my car, so I noticed this quickly)-The bumper isn't flush on one side perfectly (probably only I would notice this). *I do believe Dave's would have tried to fix the latter problem, but I had just had a baby when I got it back and didn't have time to take it back in to get fixed.Overall, Dave's

Dave's did a great job on my 2008 Silverado, the paint job looked great and the entire staff was very porfessional. They even detailed my car! The extra touch meant alot to me.

AWESOME SERVICE!!I took my car in for some repairs due to an accident. I showed up and they were very helpful showing me what would have to be done to repair my car. Gave me accurate time frame for the repairs, which happened to be very quick. Once I got my car back, I couldn't even notice where the damages even occured. I will be back for a detail here soon as well.

Trying to get service from these guys was one of the worst customer service experiences of my entire life. I brought my car in for a damage assessment after a car accident. They said it would be done in 15 min and that I could wait. I left and called them back two hours later and they hadn't even started the assessment. When I asked when it would be done they said they would start on Monday, today is Friday. I told them I wasn't interested in their services and asked them to lock my keys in the car so I could take my business somewhere else. She said they would. When I showed up at their building half an hour after it closed my keys were no where to be found. I have a spare key to my car but now I can't get into my own home.
