This is the kind of flooring company you want! Honest, hardworking, and reliable. They helped me find a beautiful carpet that matched my home in my budget. There were no after the fact costs or fees. They installed the carpet very well! I’ve heard other people brag that they got their entire house recarpeted in 4 hours. I can’t imagine what kind of work that was. Bowcutt’s flooring takes pride in installing their flooring correctly. I had a great experience and will work with them again!!!

Bowcutts was an approved contractor through our home owners insurance after a flood in our basement(state farm) for carpet and tile flooing. Bowcutts first attempt at tiling our laundry room was a major disaster and had to be completely torn out and re-done. The second attempt was not any better and with major delays which forced us to use our neighbors and family memebers washer and dryers for almost 10 days total. Bowcutts owner Jay Bowcutt stated he would take care of all the mistakes immediately, 24 hrs later no word from Bowcutts when they planned on returning to correct this 90sq ft nightmare. I fired Bowcutts and I now have to rip out the second tile job Bowcutts performed and begin again with a new company. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a few home projects I have been working on this summer and needed new tile & carpet. I went to Bowcutt's Flooring America and was able to get what I needed along with friendly service. Thanks For the 5 star service Bowcutt's Flooring America! I will return in the future.
