This place is a bunch of crooks and liars. Colby the manager is very rude and unprofessional he told me his name was f**k off when asked then he told me to f**k off over and over and refused to answer any of my questions. They stole everything out of my truck they towed and lied and said it had nothing in it. Never ever use this company for anything they are the worst thieves and don't feel bad about it they said that was my problem they are not responsible for anything in vehicles they tow.

I was involved in an accident and the police officer assigned this place to tow my car using their services without my consent. I had to call Advanced Towing several times to get any information from them about where my car was each time they answered the phone the men were arrogant and rude. My Insurance adjuster calls them and arranges to have me remove my belongings out of my car after only being stored a few days and this place has the nerve to have me sign a bill and tell me if I don't sign it I am not getting shi** out of my car. I sign some paper and he gets all crazy and says its not my signature and he requests my ID. I show it to him and he says OK now get out of here. My vehicle was open and we had already been collecting everything out of my car when the guy comes out of nowhere and starts yelling in my ear, swearing, and getting crazy as I am on the phone with 911. This guy is still yelling at me when he slams me in between my car door using extreme force as my friend is using his phone to take pictures. I was in this accident days before with injuries to my back and neck and he has me lodged between a door. Long story short stay away from these guys they are more inhumane then a dog catcher.
