Not worth the money. Management doesn't promptly fix equipment included in the lease timely, rather it takes several go arounds to get something done. Doors always open allowing public to enter off Fountain bus stop.

Owner uses security deposit to upgrade and restore units at tenants expense. Would highly recommend going someplace else and dealing with a fair and more reputable property. Property not kept up coupled with loud neighbors overheard in the "atrium balcony" of the apartment.
