So your car was in an accident, go to Reilly’s Auto Collision (140 Cherry Valley Ave West Hempstead, NY 11552), IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The owner MARK’s wife PIERA is the biggest B-tch I have ever met. And when push comes to shove MARK will also show his true colors. I asked for my brand new car to be given replacement parts and was told that “of course it would”. In the end I took it to my mechanic and found out that the parts were repaired even thought the insurance estimate indicated replacement parts and over 30 hours of labor, secondary to replacing vs repairing. Well I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and with the DMV.

Reilly’s Auto Collision shouldn't get 1 star... DO NOT GO THERE.

Complete satisfaction, Reilly's was a recommendation from my mechanic in the neighborhood. Insurance company totaled a '96 maxima with low milage and a rear collision. The workmanship was excellent and the price was several thousand less than other estimates in the area. Family business that I would recommend to friends.

This auto collision place is completely over priced, my wife's car went in for body work and was guaranteed it back by a certain date. It wasn't returned until a week after they told her it would be back. Horrible customer service.
