Had the worst experience every! Sent back two poorly cooked steaks forced away by waitress she didn't even ask if we wanted dessert. On top of it all the manager was cowardly into resolving the matter at hand by hiding herself in the back. Hello not even some sort of compensation... Entire staff and management needs a wake up call/retraining. Maybe corporate should pay them a visit and put pressure on them to performing the right way. After all your establishmental is customer service. #DISGUSTED!!!

Good Food. We never got peanuts on the table, don't know why. Asked for onions & mushrooms on my steak, never got it. When I asked about it, they said they would bring the onions & mushrooms, I said never mind. Already half eaten it.

Very VERY impressed. Great atmosphere, friendly, and clean. 5 Stars easy.

cheap with huge portions, awesome atmosphere, free refils and the tastiest free sweet breat with cinnamin butter. Also the the bloomin onion blossom is so good its delicious

Food was amazing, pretty big portions. Staff was pretty nice for the most part. Long wait to be seated but it was a Friday.

Very family orientated food is excellent

The steaks are phenomenal !!! The sides leave a lot to be desired though. The staff should explain to first timers/newcomers about the peanuts. This is definitely not the spot for a romantic/quiet dinner however the it is definitely the spot for a group dinner.

Peanut shells on the floor are just the beginning of the charm. The food is amazing and the service is always attentive and helpful. Love the prime rib. My family's new favorite restaurant!

Went to the Texas Road House on a Friday night. Called ahead and was given a number and an estimated 40-50 min wait. Arrived aprox 35 mins later and was told another 10-20 mins. 20 mins and we were seated at last! The place is swamped - you pass cases of giant meat on the way to your table. You are served fresh rolls - nothing special - but they are warm at least. Our server was very pleasant and our evening got started with cocktails. We both settled on the Ribs - which were absolutely fantastic! They fall right off the bone and are quite possibly some of the best ribs I've ever had. Your meal will come with a choice of 2 sides - all looked good. Way too much food of course - but it made great leftovers for the next day. There was dancing in the aisles which was kind of fun too! All in all, a very good experience. Definitely worth a visit. Call ahead and be patient - there's also a premium on parking spaces there - we ended up across the street!
