A very dear friend of mine was having 2 major back surgeries at Yale hospital and I wanted to send her something to let her know that we were thinking of her. But, you see, I am from Chicago and know absolutely nothing about West Havwn or Connecticut for that matter, so I googled the florists in this area and came upon this lovely florist, Fitzgerald's. I read the reviews and all of them were rated in the "outstanding" area. So with that in mind, I went with Fitzgerald's.

It was the best decision I ever made!!!!! I called and talked to an fabulous woman, Lucille, who took her time to help me decide what to send to my friend. But, you see, that isn't the end of the story. My friend moved to a rehabilitation center before the flowers arrived. FUDGE!!

I called to see where the flowers were going to next and, lo and behold, Fitzgerald's re-routed the flowers to my friend at no extra charge. Lovely Lucille told me they did this and I was soooo

grateful.......they made my holiday, they made me believe in human generosity, and kindness and spirit. THEY ARE THE BEST! And if you are deciding to order anything from a flower shoppe..THIS IS THE PLACE!!! I want to tell Fitzgerald's again...THANK YOU for such fantastic service and kindness!!
