Worst customer service ever .I will never send anybody to this garage for any type of work .i gave payment on aug 28 was told take a day for motor to get there. next day well motor never came in til sept5th and that sept 7-8th my car be ready .called on 7 th was told have to wait til the 11 th. all there doing is giving the run-around, they lie to you , give you false information ,and then they try to throw stuff in your face after you have already spoke to them about a situation. on top of that they saying, not only do i get penalized for having to wait longer for my vehicle but ,also they want me to pay the whole payment even though they gave me a bunch of issues in a bunch of running around ,that wasn't my fault but heres best part the old motor been out of the car .I do not recommend anybody anybody to go to this garage

Budget Transmission Center rebuilt my transmission and everyone there is very courteous and has a good personality, which is very important. They answered my questions fairly and when my truck had a secondary problem that was due to the transmission, they responded right away.

Budget Transmissions fixed my car problem.They were super nice,polite,helpful.The place is clean-even the bathrooms are nice.They don't take advantage of single women with little car knowledge,they explain exactly what they are doing.Ray,the manager could have charged me much more the first time I went-I was told by other mechanics I had a solenoid issue(expensive) but it was a loose wire & they were honest &charged me very little .I trust these guys& it took me a long time to find a good garage.Sammy & his team are really great.Go see for yourself

The people at Budget Transmission Center were very friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. I needed help with my transmission and a few non-transmission parts replaced. They were able to see me at a time that was convenient and provided quick service. They really went into the details of what was going on and completed the work when they said they would.
Everyone there is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional. Ray and Mike were especially awesome. I talked with them about the work and they provided the estimate. The cost wasn't cheap, but it was decent. I would definitely go back if needed.

We have worked with Budget Transmission Center for about 10 years now. They have handled all the oil changes and transmission work on our vehicle and we've never had a bad experience. Their prices are great, there are no hidden costs and everyone there has been easy to work with, professional and, friendly, especially Sammy the owner. We have had an excellent experience.

I have to start out by saying that the guys over at Budget Transmission Center did a really good job when they worked on my transmission. I do not know too much about transmissions but my car was having some serious problems before I took it in here. After they were finished working on it my car ran like it was brand new. I was amazed with how quickly they were able to get the work done as well. They did great work at a great price so it was definitely a five star experience.

I feel like the guys over at Budget Transmission Center are really good. They really know what they are doing and they took really good care of my car. There was one thing that I asked them to do that they never did, which was they did not look at my air conditioning system. Other than that though they did a really excellent job and my car has definitely been running a whole lot smoother. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a very good experience with Budget Transmission Center. I went there to get help with my transmission and the service was excellent. I had no problems with them. I had my transmission installed and also they've been taking care of my transmission services ever since. Things like the oil and overall maintenance. They rebuilt it a couple year ago but I have continued suing them. The boss there running the shop, Sammy, he provides excellent service. They are quick and professional, recommend them all the way.

I had Budget Transmission Center replace the transmission in my car. They did a good job. I thought the price was very expensive but it was competitive with other companies that do the transmissions. I would take my car there again and I will recommend them to other people.

Budget Transmission Center fixed my transmission and they did a good job. They fixed the issue that it was having and so far it seems to be working fine, I haven't had a problem with it again. This is the first time I've used them and I think I would go back if I needed to fix something like this again.

I've been happy with the work that I received from Budget Transmission Center. They simply had to rebuild the transmission for my vehicle. The staff made sure to keep great communication with me so that everything would go smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to others in the future. I took my car there for a transmission oil change and they did a good job they even found out that the person who change my transmission oil did not do a good job they broke something off,and they see it and fix the problem.not only that they saw other problems and fix them too,so I would recommend budget transmission to everyone.

GREAT SERVICE. I took my Ford F150 to Budget Transmission Center. They replaced the transmission. Everyone there was great. They got my truck in and out quickly and did a terrific job on it. They were easy to talk to and communicate with and very helpful. I would take my truck there again. I will also recommend them to friends. I had an internet coupon which made the already good price even better.

This was my first experience with Budget Transmission. I took my mothers Jeep in to have the clutch replaced. I dealt with Ray, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt that the pricing was very reasonable. I would go there again and also recommend them to my friends.

Budget transmission is by far the best experience I've had with a shop. I'm on my third car right now. Always had German cars therefore always expensive to fix. I currently have a 2007 335xi. Yes a bmw. Yes it has two turbo's. My car needed a clutch flywheel front driveshaft plus a few other little things. Now I was maybe a little concerned considering it's a bmw and I usually I there or to other local shops where I know the owner. But unfortunately a tight budget forced me to look around and that's exactly what I did. I called budget transmission and they picked up my car with a tow truck that day (45 minutes from their location might I add). They looked at my car and within a few days told me everything that was wrong with my car and quoted me LESS THAN HALF of what bmw and a local shop was trying to charge. I have them the go ahead considering it was a no brainer and within 3 days the car was ready for pick up. They additionally stayed late for my convenience to pick up the car. After driving the car for over a month I would say I am well more than satisfied. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Excellent service absolutely excellent price. Will continue to make the drive to bring this car and all my future cars here. As well as spreading the word to my family and friends who aren't as knowledgeable about cars and always getting screwed by shops and dealers. Thank you budget transmission you guys are in fact the best.

I have never had a problem with budget Transmission Center. They do a very good job. The last time I took my car there to have the transmission done. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend them anytime.

Budget Transmission Center are always very reliable. They will work with you on everything, and always pay attention to your important needs. The times I've worked with them, they've also always been straightforward, so that is why I enjoy working with them.

I got my car fixed and they did a great job and they did fast service for a good price .

I had seen a billboard for Budget Transmission Center and since my car was having problems, I took it to them. They figured out what the problem was and fixed it. I was about 40 minutes away from there so I didn't pick it up until the next day. They were okay with that. Great service, I would take my car there again. The prices are very fair.
