The middle aged lady clerk/manager was extremely unprofessional .
She accused me that I had an attitude problem because I complained the quality
of the $2 product (which she recommended me to purchase earlier) after she demanded the reason for refund. She then immediately yelled that she did NOT need me as a customer and yelled that I should NEVER go to HER store again. NO one deserved such kind of abuse. There are tons of stores selling auto parts. I will never return to this store.
