This store is amazing! They have anything this amateur artist could ever want. The staff is incredibly helpful, which is great as I am dabbling in a few different mediums right now. I've lived all over - from NYC to LA - and this store rivals any major city art store I've ever visited.

Is there anybody in New England who hasn't heard of Jerry's? I would think that just about anyone who is doing any kind of art would be a regular customer! I am! I was thrilled when Jerry's first opened in CT and I have shopped there a million times, in person, by phone and through their catalog on the rare occasion that the catalog had something the store didn't have on hand. I especially appreciate the way Jerry's cooperates with all the local schools to carry even special items an art class might need. As a printmaker I buy a ton of paper and Jerry's carries a huge variety and beats NYC prices even on non-sale papers. I buy things for the classes I teach and I send everyone there when they are ready to buy their own supplies, plus I tell them to sign up for the discount card... another great way to save money on things that are not on sale when you need them... but it seems like every time I run low on something the sale flier will come, and their emails remind me to get over there quick before a special sale is over. Price, items in stock, customer service, friendliness, expertise, etc, etc. Jerry's is simply the Best.

I love Jerry's Artarama! It is my one stop shop for any all art supplies I could need. Although I live 45 minutes away from Jerry's, it is always worth the drive for the unbeatable prices and selection, but most importantly...the prices!!! They really can't be beat. The staff there is always very helpful and friendly, makes for a very comfortable shopping experience!

Love this store. You can find every type of art material there from the tried and true to the latest and greatest. And, it is not just a fine arts store, they have supplies for children's crafts and painting as well. The staff is friendly, knowlegable and helpful. I am so glad to have this quality store nearby. I attended the mini seminar on acrylics and gained new information about the how and why of using the paint and mediums. I highly recommend these inexpensive sessions for people who are new to a painting medium. I have shopped the art supply stores in NYC and Jerry's is much better. AWSOME!!

This is the only store I have found outside of NYC to be worth a trip. Always new products and I can find what I need at a good price. I prefer to shop the store than order online. I don't have problems with shipping and wrong items. I see what Iike and get it. Good staff who actually like to help.

I just needed to quickly say that Jerry's Artarama in West Hartford is one of the best art stores i've been to. Great people, great stuff and I always run into somebody I know.

Whenever I go into this place I buy toooo much!! I'll go in for a brush and a tube of oil, and I'll come out with 3 brushes, 4 tubes, a bunch of canvas and some other stuff that I didn't even know I needed.



The sales they have going are always great and so are the people there to help you.

This is like no other store I shop at, Art oriented or otherwise. I am always greeted with a smile the moment I walk in. I can always find what I need and if I can't any of the staff is more than happy to help me; and if they don't have what I need, they get it!



To get this kind of selection I'd have to go to NYC or Boston, to get this kind of service . . . well I wouldn't know where to go.

Coming from New York, I was hard-pressed to find my sketching supplies without having to go to several different stores, until I found Jerry's in W. Hftd (quite accidentally, just driving by!!). I was so excited to see such a large store with everything I needed (and some I didn't, but just had to get....I'll be dabbling in oil painting soon). The prices are really, really good without having to resort to the internet. I'm old fashioned and like to look and feel my papers. The members of the staff that I encountered were freindly, knowledgeable, but not pushy. Refreshing after NY. Oh, and it's clean.......
