I have used AC Maintenance for years and have always had the most prompt, efficient and professional services ever, from gutter cleaning to power washing to furniture upkeep. Today however, AC Maintenance truly saved the day! Will spare you the details of my dog's apocalyptic night (and yes, the rug was WHITE)! AC showed up in record time and literally, within 10 minutes restored the carpeting to perfect condition. I was floored! (Pun intended)!

Power Washing and Soft Washing: We will safely clean any exterior surface that exist at your home, including: Vinyl siding, aluminum siding, wood siding, brick, stone, stucco, roofs, decks, wood or composite, patios, poolside patios, walkways, gazebos, sheds, fences, driveways and garage floors. Gutter Cleaning: We remove and bag all debris from gutters and downspouts. We flush gutters and downspouts with water to insure proper flow and drainage away from your home. We open any clogged downspouts and inspect the gutters and tighten any loose nails or hardware. Window Cleaning: There is nothing more cost effective to improve the appearance and showcase your home than to have your windows professionally cleaned. Carpet, Rug and Upholstery Cleaning is currently only offered in our slow months, January, February and March, to enable us to focus on our primary services of power washing, gutter cleaning and window cleaning.
