In the past 6 months alone, Michele Andreoli apparently dumped grass clippings beyond our property (instead of removing them). When notified, he didn't reply. Later, he apparently "weeded" every bean plant we'd planted - even thought it was mid-July, with the plants developed, showing leaves and bean pods!
