bad service, bad management, drivers abuse, low pay. yes we are the customers we have the power to stop the abuse. go to boycut DLC on facebook

few months ago there were many negative reviews about DLC Ground Transportation that located at the main terminal of HPN westchester County Aiport White plains NY. these reviews all disperes. even the company name is changed. why DLC management did that? of course they have a bad reputation, and a terrible history especialy when it come to treating employees fairly. boycut this company. you have the power to stop abuse, discrimination, and baias.

Hiring process based not on qualification or experience but on race and country of origin. If you are white born in US you will get paid 5% more, drive a new car, and get the best fairs. If you are an immigrant or a minority you will get the left over trips.

Dispatchers have no communication skills, no driving experience, and zero knowledge about basic management skills.

Driver are abused and forced to drive long hours, some time until 4am.

Wages are based on commission which is no more than 25%, the DLC company claim that they offer 35% which a lie.

Companies in this industry get a way with a lot of things. Where is the labor NYS department? Where is EECO? Where is Westchester county Taxi and Limousine commission? Where is HPN Westchester county airport management?

Some one have to blow the whistle.
