Geothermal Drilling, LLC - We design the loops, install them, and service them. We are the company the other contractor call to install their wells and loops, flush and fill their systems or to just start them up or diagnose their service problems. Wet Drilling - We are the only contractor in the area to make the "Wet Drilling" process standard. This reduces dust and dirt. The process minimizes the chances of getting limestone dust on your home or can and your neighbor's property. Most other contractor "Dry Drill" which creates a bigger mess that the wind can blow to multiple places. Our "Wet Drilling" process allows us to drill in most any soil condition. Loop Grouting - At Geothermal Drilling LLC we know the value of grouting the entire hole from the bottom up. This provides for a sure backfill and contact with the pipe. You get the efficiency that you paid for from the equipment. It also provides a sure from surface contaminants getting into the ground water. This is code in Ohio and Indiana, however, most other contractors and drillers backfill with the dirt from the hole. This does not meet code and the efficiencies are greatly reduced. Our Drill Rig - We have a residential-sized drill rig that allows us to get in tighter spots and smaller yards without destroying landscaping or doing damage to driveways. Warranties - We provide a 3 year parts and labor limited warranty on the loop with the option to upgrade to an extended warranty for 55 years.
