We called Ez Open 3 times over the course of a week and was told they would be out to repair our garage door "possibly later this afternoon but tomorrow for sure", "later in the afternoon", "after 1:30". They never called and never came - ever. And by telling us "afternoon", it really gave us no chance to call someone else to still have it repaired that day. To this day, they've never contacted us.* I would like to know who threw our work order in the trash and left us hanging. In the 15 years of home ownership, we've never experienced such poor customer service. We called another company and they were out within an hour - they will receive our future business and recommendations.
