I had my shoes and a purse repaired there. I'm glad this place was recommended to me. I'm going back there with another pair of my favorite shoes.

We called in the morning and asked if they could repair a luggage bad. They said Yes. So I drove 15 minutes to there and showed them the bad. At first the guy was really rude and he said he couldnt fix it. So I said " why not?" He said " I dont know." So I drove that far just to hear him say I dont know???
I would never recommend anyone to go to this place.

We have used Otto for care and repair of shoes and other leather goods for more than 15 years. Always good results, fair prices and always honest upfront about the occasional item he's not able to repair. Like him well enough we go back even after moving to Elgin 3 years ago.
