Had a bunch of issues with our wedding rings but Eric the regional Mgr is a great guy and exceeded our expectations on making things right and the wife happy. Thumbs up to them for having great customer service.

I ordered a ring from this store febuary 7th. I paid for it in full. The guy who placed my order just took my info and money but didnt really tell us anything, so we went back a week later to ask about how long it would take because we dont live in town..i was told it would be there about march 1st. March 1st came and I hadnt heard from them so i called to ask..this next lady checked to see if it was there when it was not she told me she would send an email and call me back the next day..i never received that call...so a few days later i went to the store AGAIN. This time i was told it could take up to 6weeks..at that point it was about 4weeks since i had ordered it..i was also told the reason i didnt get a call back was because they hadnt received a responce to the email they sent..she then told me she would call them and get back to me by that following monday..And again no call..soo i called AGAIN! This time i got the store manager who apologized and said he would personally look into the matter and that it takes up to a 2months for the ring to get there..he took my number and told me he would call me at that point it was 5weeks since i ordered it..it is going on 6 weeks now and I still havent recieved any calls that were promised..im not upset my rings not here yet..im upset and angry that everytime i've talked to someone i get a different responce as to when it'll be there and told im gona be given a call to let me know whats going on..very unprofessional and if its not there soon im gona cancel altogether..never going back ever!! So do not go there! WORST PLACE EVER!!
