Jeff is an Iowa Chapter 7 bankruptcy attorney, $900 Fixed Attorney Fee, one office appointment, one hearing in Des Moines 30 days later, discharge 9 weeks after hearing.  Jeff does not use packets.  Instead we prepare your entire petition together during the one office appointment.  Jeff files your case electronically from his office normally the Thursday after your office meeting and your hearing is about 30 days after filing.  By law, the Judge can not issue your discharge until about 9 weeks after your hearing, but because we carefully prepare your petition normally nothing much happens between hearing and discharge.
