Some of the cleaning crew are outstanding! Unfortunately, some are not good at all and damage items in your home. When you share concerns with the owners, they do not pay for damages and don't believe you when you witness their staff not doing appropriate work. Our hardwood floors were just redone and they severely scratched them. The cleaning crew that is not good, shakes out rugs in the garage, puts sharp objects on fine wood furniture and bangs your furniture around while cleaning.
