I stumbled upon their website while looking for cakeballs for my daughter's birthday party. Their pricing seemed really reasonable ($12 per dozen for cakeballs) I sent them an email asking a few questions. 5 days later, I still hadn't received a response. I called Sara, and left her a message stating my needs and the urgency of the order. I never received a call back. The next day, I called Erin, and left a message. What kind of business are you running that you are not getting back to customers?? The website looks very professional and well done, but NOT impressed with the customer service.
