My son lost a baby molar today. When it came out, it pulled out the filling on the adjacent molar and was causing him pain. We stopped in to see if we could schedule an appointment. Even though they had a full schedule, they squeezed us in, x-rayed, diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes! I am so grateful and amazed at their speed and concern!

My daughter was 3 yrs old when we brought her here. She was seen by a "pediatric dentist" who we thought would be great with kids, but it was more of a traumatic experience than we ever expected. The dentist had us restrain her just to look in her mouth. When we objected because she was clawing her best to get free, he assured us that this was a "normal reaction" and that he did this to his own daughters. Needless to say not much was done because she squirmed so much, so it was a waste of money. Not to mention she completely lost trust when it comes to her teeth and seeing dentists. I completely regret ever taking her here and wish I would have trusted my instincts when they asked me to restrain her and have been more protective of her. We will never come back here again. A child should have to be restrained in order to receive dental care....there has to be a different way.

I have been taking my kids to Dr Matt for about a year. The kids love to go to the Dentist now!! The front office ladies are super friendly and very accomodating. The dental assistants are so patient and nice to the kids. Dr Matt always takes time to focus on each and every one my kids. We never feel rushed! He makes us feel like our teeth are the most important thing in the world- even to him. I am always allowed to go back with my younger kids! I would strongly recommend Dr Kubovich to all!!

After a horrible experience with another Dm dentist with my first son, I searched all over for another. I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Kubovich and his team. They have always been so kind, warm and very welcoming. Now that I have four boys, the front desk gals are always so accommodating and the dental team are always so gentle, compassionate and patient, I would never go anywhere else. I only want the very best for my kids and that is what I get with Dr. Matt and his team! Not to mention the video games, books and movies that my kids love while we are there.

My child had asked me if I would go with her while her teeth were being worked on. I asked the nurse if it was ok or not to sit with my child. I was told that would be fine but first they needed me to fill out some paperwork while they got my 4 year daughter prepped. After 45 minutes of filling out paperwork & answering questions, I asked if I could go back sit with her. Much to my dismay the receptionist said, "she should be almost done". I explained to the receptionist what I had been told & she went back to check on her. I was led back to my daughter and at no time did the staff or dentist offer any kind of appology for me being missled. Instead I was greeted with, "Well, we did better without you dad!" After explaining what I had been told about being able to go back and sit with her I was again met with rebuttles and pompus justifications for thier actions. I would have not had a problem if they would have only told me truth upfront. No appology was ever offered.
