Knowledgable and reliable small family business! They fixed the heating in my apartment right away on a freezing night. And I recently used them again to install a garbage disposal.

Called for a microwave repair that did not heat. Was told the $71.00 service fee would be refunded if we had them do the work. I was charged $101.00 plus tax for the service call. The part of $120.00 and another $100.00 to put it in. They did not bring the needed part the first time (heating tube) and had to make two trips. THEY ARE REFUSING TO DEDUCT THE SERVICE CALL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!
