Patty was amazing sale rep. B&RV west Coxsackie NY made us feel like we were part of the family. In our mind we were only looking for the day. After spending some time with someone that knows their job. We then bought a Jayco Feather head ultra light camper. The Manager understood our budget and worked with us.

I experienced the worst service of my life! I waited 6 hours for them to wire my harness because they didnt have the right harness. the sales person was deceptive about the weight of the RV. They failed to explain how warranty works. They just seem to tell you whatever you want to hear to get you out the door the product is good (Gulf stream RV) but the customer service is terrible!!

Do NOT buy anything from these people if you expect to be treated with respect. And do NOT beleave anything they say. They will promise you the moon, but the second you sign on the dotted line, all promise's go right out the window. More to follow.

I wanted to share my experience about this business. Me & my husband are lifelong RVers and have dealt with many different RV companies while traveling from( repairs to accessories) for our RV. I have read all the reviews posted on this page and have to say I'm a little shocked by someone that posted a negative review about this company only to promote another RV business. Me & my husband had a great experience with Boat N RV they loved our southern accents and they were friendly & professional. The repairs were done quickly and the estimate they gave us was 3 hours and they had it completed in 2 hours. We are very satisfied with the time & cost of the repairs and the friendly service!

The staff at this place are very friendly and knowledgeable they weren't not pushy at all.

They treated us with respect and didn't treat any of the questions we had as stupid. The taught us a lot without talking down to us.. if that makes sense! I will always give these people my business even if it just a little accessorie for my kitchen RV!

I loved the atmosphere and selection. Very Knowledgeable staff, they serviced my Interceptor and it runs like a beaut. Location is a little out of the way but they definitely made it worth it with their prices. I'm getting my boat serviced here from now on!!!

My husband and I came in to Boat n RV looking for a small travel trailer. We were strapped for cash but planning a camping trip, and neither of us is much for tents. When we arrived, the staff was warm and friendly to us, offering us coffee and giving us plenty of time to make a decision. Our salesperson insisted on giving us as much information as possible about each unit we considered. When the time came to sit down and work out the purchase, our salesperson was thorough in his work and kept the whole experience lighthearted and easy. We enjoyed our time there, and love our new trailer. Highly recommend!

Awful experience with my first RV purchase, I will never purchase from them again. If I could take away the one star I would.

I had a great experience with this place. I am a firefighter and have bought both a bowrider boat and a trailer and both transactions were great! I have also reccomended my friends here, a few whom have also bought with good experiences. I have bought alot of vehicles in my time and these guys are great seriously. Just had my boat winterized and they were priced right and did a great job with the shrinkwrap...great job guys and thank you!
