Thank you for your quick response to my water heater issue. You were the only response after 4 messages to 4 different plumbers. The problem was fixed quickly

Our home warranty company sent this company to our home to replace our Sump Pump. Anthony came out and looked at our equipment on a Monday and said it would be over a week before he could replace it, on Tuesday morning the following week. A week later on Monday we called to confirm our appointment for Tuesday AM and was told by the woman who answered the phone that our appointment was canceled. She claims that Anthony says our Home Warranty Company canceled the appointment, Home Warranty Company says in no way-shape-or-form did they do such a thing. In fact, the rep from the Home Warranty Company called Fast Response and said talking to the woman who answered the phone "was like talking to a bird with no brain." We are still unable to use our master bathroom (toilet, sinks, shower/tub) and cannot get an answer as to when 'Fast Response Plumbing' will fix it. This company's name is a total joke!
Should be called Crappy Service and Response Plumbing.
Oh and our Home Warranty Company says they will never use this company again.

The only good thing about this company is how fast they come out. But it became clear quickly why their schedule was so open. Very unprofessional. More concerned with how much they can charge for extras. No professionalism. Very rude! Will never do business with them again.

The name speaks for its self (Fast Response) I called this company and they responsed within minutes. Very professional, courteous, clean and efficient! Will recommend Fast Response Plumbing to everyone!
