Went to this location yesterday and was not at all impressed. The Assistant Manager berated his employee the entire time they attempted to help us. Since our claim had not been assigned a claim number we would have had to pay until it was direct billed (this would have been fine if the A.M could have actually told us the rate...) Worst experience ever! Won't be using this location again. I cannot believe this guy is allowed to manage others

Awesome service and professional folks that work here made our experience the best ever.

We had an emergency yesterday and Daniel at Enterprise helped us tremendously. Within 10 minutes of us calling, he met us with a minivan so that we could pick up our children from school in time. He was incredibly kind and professional and went out of his way to help us. The minivan we rented was also very nice and the price was reasonable. All in all, we highly recommend the West Columbia Enterprise and most especially Daniel.
