I have been looking for a Viking service man. I took my machine to a shop at the beach to someone I was told he was a certified viking service man only to learn after I paid $75. and my machine was not any better than before I took it there, he was not. After a few weeks of not sewing very good, I called Creatine Sewing Machine Center and took my machine in to be serviced and when i took it home and sewed I was so excited. I was as good as when it was new!!!! I love it!! Many thanks!! I have found a place for my machine and myself. Sew happy!!!!

I was looking for an embroidery machine. Susan listened to what I wanted to do and suggested a particular machine, she didn't try to talk me into the "top of the line" but when I showed it to my husband, he said go big or stay home. I just bought my second machine from them. Peggy (Owner) does her best to give us good deals and great training. I have called with problems, stopped by and made appointments for training. I have always been treated to the best service. Just wish there were more hours in a day so I could get more done with my machines!!!

If you are looking for a store for all your sewing needs this is the place to go. I have purchased three machine from Creative Sewing and even before the first purchase the staff, Susan and all the ladies were more then helpful. They offer classes of all kinds and stay on top of all the latest and greatest in sewing. You can tell they work hard to bring in what the customers want. Peggy (owner) has always been just the nicest person to me and when I needed a repair it was done super fast. As for the prices, I have checked and they have always been inline with even what you can find online but if the price had been high the service would be worth it. I can tell you first hand that the knowledge that this group has is unlimited. I know I am very lucky to have this great store in my hometown, give them a try and I am sure you will love them too!!
