Eager to get the money to do the job. But in the event you had a problem with the work, do NOT expect a return phone call or for him to followup to take care of the problem. He evades calls and emails. Promises to call and never followups. When you are talking about multiple roof leaks in a home with 30 years shingles and the roof is 3 years and 3 months old - well I will not be recommending Stacey Jones to anyone.
