Very happy with the pumping we received. Professional and courteous.

First we were afraid of owning a house with septic tank but not anymore. The septic tank has been serviced by this company very professionally. They provide fast and reliable service. The technician actually took the time to explain to me how the septic tank works. I highly recommend it.

Eldredge Sanitation not only gets the job done right but they are a great resource for helping to understand how our home's septic/sewer system operates. They provide practical advice on how best to maintain our system and have the right network of experts to call if something goes wrong. Eldredge Sanitation has served our home for 13 years and has also helped other members of my family. It's like having a friend in the business. We have a public sewer connection with a pump station; when the pumps failed (or so we thought) Steve pumped the tank to remedy what had become an emergency IN the house and determined that the pumps worked but that our electric board had tripped. A competitor told us two days prior to this experience that both pumps had failed and that it wold cost $8000 to repair/replace the system. Eldredge Sanitation identified the problem and saved me $8000. It's no wonder this is a third generation family business.

Just a quick note to acknowledge the excellent job one of your employees did last week when my septic system was serviced. This was the 2nd time my new system was pumped since its installation in 2006 and both times the technician involved was Mr. Proto. This in itself is a definite plus, as I appreciate some continuity in this type of service, as opposed to seeing a different person every year. Mr. Proto arrived on time, did a thorough job of pumping and cleaning all 3 tanks and the zabel filter. He was personable, knowledgeable and offered an honest assessment of the condition of my system. He also offered several suggestions related to options for bringing the tanks covers closer to the surface and landscaping surrounding the covers. No one likes the headaches or expense often involved in household maintenance chores. However, dealing with a service provider like Eldredge Sanitation and an employee like Mr. Proto makes the pill a lot easier to swallow! Thanks again, Jim

We almost didn't buy our home four years ago because we were afraid of having a septic system... never had one before and didn't know what to expect. A neighbor recommended Eldredge Sanitation and we've used them ever since. Now I don't think twice about having a septic tank. They send reminders when it's time for the system to be pumped... they do a thorough inspection every time they come to the house... the drivers are courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend these guys highly.
