In 1989, several Radley Run Country Club structures were placed on the Brandywine Battlefield National Historic Landmark, one of the most prestigious National Historic Registers in the United States. The Mansion, Lye and Doll Houses are a few of the area's oldest landmarks. The historic clubhouse, built in 1900, creates an atmosphere for socializing, business meetings and entertaining. Dining facilities include formal and informal areas. Radley Run s golf course was opened in 1965. The terrain, coupled with two ponds and a stream, provide a challenging round of golf. The par 72, 6,800-yard course was designed by Alfred H. Tull, who is credited with the design of nearly 85 courses scattered throughout the United States, Canada, Bermuda, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. The country club offers a variety of memberships that include golf, sports, intermediate golf, sports associate, social and dining. Radley Run Country Club is located in West Chester, Pa.
